Look for signs of foul smelling :

#2 Bleeding per vaginum
#3 Lump in breast
#4 Discharge from nipple
#5 Post menopausal bleeding
#6 Lump in lower abdomen
#7 Loss of appetite
#8 Weight loss etc.
